2. WE ARE ONE MONTH FROM THE BOOK PROJECTS BEING DUE
3. 15 minutes to work on your writing
4. Edit partner's work
- reader (non-writer) reads out loud to partner-let author change anything he/she wants to change (reader just reads and types)
- reader (non-writer) reads work out loud AGAIN. Reader can change anything wording that is not correct (EX: gonna, cuz, b4,i). Make this is a formal writing piece
- together the two of you must look at the work and make sure there is a S, CP, CX, CPCX sentence in the writing. If there is not, you ARE NOT TO ADD anything to the work. Rather, you are to modify and play with the sentences in order to create each sentence.
- Complete this process with both people
- Individual work- go back and look at your CLAIM, EVIDENCE, REASONING, and CONCLUSION. It is time to revise these ideas....if you need to. Make any changes to the IDEAS you have written. This is where you fix the big picture stuff not the wording and grammar (gutting the bathroom vs putting in a new vanity)
